Following the dairy crisis in 2010, La Ferme de Bourgogne reduced its milk production and only supplied the Fromagerie du Samson.
This in turn led to a reduction in the herd, which freed up some of the stables. These were then transformed to accommodate a boarding house for horses. This is not a riding school, but a private stable.
Today, La Ferme de Bourgogne no longer produces milk, and additional facilities have been made to offer spacious boxes for horses (10m2), a tack room, and a lit outdoor track. All horses go out in the paddock for a minimum of 3 hours a day. "Prairie" boarding with hay in winter.
La Ferme de Bourgogne is located at the starting point of wooden and countryside paths, in a quiet and secure setting. The ambiance is easy and laidback.
